IAIL state-of-the-art cable manufacturing unit is strategically located at Bhiwadi in the Rajasthan State of India The Head Office / Marketing office is located in Tolstoy Marg ,Connaught Place, New Delhi-10001.

Technology

Indo Alusys Industries Ltd is equipped with world class laboratory and testing facilities to cover all the range of products as well as the entire manufacturing process. In house facilities cater to all routine, type, acceptance and special tests. Plant is also equipped with modern testing facility required to test FR (Flame Retardant) or Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) cables. Products are type tested and approved by NABL accredited test houses like CPRI, ERDA, NTH, MSME, QMC etc.

Capacity

The cable plant of Indo Alusys has the capacity to manufacture of 1.1 KV Power Cables (PVC/XLPE), Railway Quad Cables, Aerial every year while we also manufacture 1.1kv Control Cables (PVC/XLPE) along with AAC/ACSR/AAAC conductors every year.

Quality

The cable division of Indio Alusys has been certified under the Trade Marks, Act, 1999. Company do undertake all the activities i.e. selection of raw material suppliers, schedule planning, production, testing and delivery of cables and conductors.

Design

Manufactured with high conductivity copper wires and insulated with high density polyethylene compound and colour coded. Laid up quads are filled with synthetic/ petroleum jelly compound and provided with a polyester tape wrapping and moisture barrier tape. An inner sheath of polyethylene compound is provided to prevent ingress of water. Over the inner sheath, a metal screening of aluminium wires/strips with barium chromatic tape and thereafter, an extruded intermediate sheath of PVC/LDPE is provided as per the requirement of specification. Helical armouring with 2 no’s of galvanized steel tape with suitable overlaps for protection and mechanical strength of the cable is provided over the intermediate sheath. Cable is then outer sheathed with LDPE compound.
