We produce Aluminum Extrusions in Alloys 6063 (HE9WP), 6061 (HE20WP), 6351 (HE30WP), 6005, 6060, E1E, E91E, NE4, NE5. We also produce 2024/7075 Series & 6262, 2014 & Solution Heat treated Alloys.
2. What are your manufacturing facilities and capacities?
IAIL has two (2) presses of different capacities. Out of these two presses, one is 1250 tons and another one is 1675 tons. Our Installed capacity is 11000 metric tons per annum.
3. Are your billets ultrasonically tested?
Yes, we carry out ultrasonic test against specific customer's request at additional cost.
4. What is the circumscribing circle size and maximum circumscribing circle you supply?
The circumscribing circle is the smallest diameter circle that will completely enclose the entire cross section for the extruded shape. We can supply circumscribing circle of a diameter upto 150mm.
5. Do you undertake manufacturing of components?
Yes, we undertake manufacturing of components. We have facilities of bending, milling, welding, notching, assembly etc.
If we get bulk order for supplying components, we can do that and in fact we have been supplying components to few OEM's.
6. What happens when a customer orders a new die?
The customer's design is used to create an AutoCAD drawing, which is then transmitted electronically to our IN-HOUSE DIE DEVELOPMENT cell. We utilize several national tools and die builders who use the latest technology and have an outstanding reputation in the tooling industry. By using multiple tooling sources, we offer its customers quick turnaround time
7. What are the terms and conditions of new die development?
Part die cost should be borne by the indenter against guarantees of minimum off-takes within a specific period of time, failing which the part die cost will be forfeited. Specific details can be provided on request.
8. Do you have tool room?
Yes, we have most modern tool room capable of producing high quality and intricate dies backed up by an International quality foundry.
9. Can material be supplied in specific cut lengths?
Yes, material of any length between 1-8 meters can be supplied. However, for maximum stuff convenience, lengths of 5850mm and 5950mm for 20' & 40' containers respectively are suggested.

Yes, we have in-house facilities of Natural anodizing/Electro colouring and Powder coating (as per international specifications).
16. What is the Anodizing and Electro Colouring technology you have ?
We have the latest in-house facilities for Anodizing and Electro Colouring, using advanced technology acquired from Italy, which gives an anodic thickness of the desired microns,in following Colours :
- Natural anodized (Mat/Satin),
- Very light bronze,
- Medium bronze,
- Dark bronze
- Black shades.
17. What are the your capabilities on Powder Coating Treatment?
Powder coating plant Conveyrised, Continuous, Horizontal undertake powder coating of polyester or epoxy powder paints of microns as per customer requirement. Also works on for giving Wood Finish, Acrylic, & PVDF Coatings. We can undertake powder coating of aluminium extruded profile of length of 25 feet / 7.62 meter in different colours.
18. Are you into exports? Which markets do you export to?
IAIL's products are exported to various countries. The Company has been awarded many times by Engineering Export Promotion Council and other Government Agencies for its excellent showing in exports. Some of the countries to which IAIL's products exported to Europe, Middle East, Czech Republic, Ukraine.
19. What is your after-sales service mechanism?
Being an IS/ISO 9001:2000 certified company, materials are put into 100% inspection before dispatch, subsequently, possibility of rejection at the customer's end is rare. Complaints arising thereafter are attended to at the customer's premises jointly by the IAIL marketing/technical staff and the problems are sorted out to the satisfaction of the customer. Appropriate corrective and preventive actions are put in place to prevent recurrence.
20. Do you have services and products which others do not have?
Yes. Most extruders specialize in some type of finish, alloy, and/or product segment that allows them to maximize their production efforts. IAIL is an excellent source to meet your particular needs.
21. What are the lead /minimum time required to execute an order?
Always the most popular question by far. Our lead time is not a guarantee, but an estimate. How quickly we can finish will be directly affected by how much information you have provided to us. The fact that we have experience in the contracting business means, the unique time situations usually associated with lead time. However, for our existing profiles, the lead time will be 2 weeks from the date of receipt of technical and commercial clearance.
22. How can I ensure prices will not be fluctuated continuously?
Being a secondary manufacturer, it is difficult to offer firm prices to the customer because if Primary producers increase the raw material prices, then we are compelled to increase the basic prices accordingly. So at the time of despatch whatever rate will prevail that will be applicable.

We want to provide the most accurate supply figure However; we keep a quantity tolerance of +10%. For the existing dies, the minimum order quantity per profile will be 300 Kg. and for new profile, the minimum order quantity per profile will be 500 Kg.
