Quality Management System of Indo Alusys Industries Ltd’s CABLE and CONDUCTOR manufacturing unit has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification by KVQA, Norway. Company do undertake all the activities i.e. selection of raw material suppliers, schedule planning, production, testing and delivery of cables and conductors.

Indo Alusys Industries Ltd’s state-of-the-art cable manufacturing unit is strategically located at Bhiwadi in the Rajasthan State of India and it is spread over an area of 20,500 Sq. meters, within the 1,00,000 Sq.mtr premises where the aluminium extrusion plant is also located. Hence, company have sufficient space for the future expansion plans for manufacturing HT cables up to 132 KV. The Head Office / Marketing offfice is located in Tolstoy Marg, Connaught place.

Indo Alusys Industries Ltd is equipped with world class laboratory and testing fecilities to cover all the range of products as well as the entire manufacturing process. In house facilities cater to all routine, type, acceptance and special tests. Plant is also equipped with modern testing facility required to test FR (Flame Retardant) or Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) cables. Products are type tested and approved by NABL accredited test houses like CPRI, ERDA, NTH, MSME, QMC etc.

“INDO CABLE” meets Indian, British and International standards.

Building Wires
INDO CABLE Brand PVC insulated L.T. Light Duty cables are made as per IS 694:1990 and are suitable for fixed wiring and flexible operation. Soft drawn copper conductors are used for the wires and insulation with either ordinary PVC or with FR, FRLS, HR and Zero Halogen Fire Retardant properties.

LT Power and Control Cables
Indo Alusys Industries Ltd manufactures high quality XLPE/PVC insulated Power Cables that meets Bureau of Indian Standard specification.

Indo Alusys Industries Ltd develops manufactures and markets a totally integrated production line of Instrumentation Cables such as Multi pair Instrumentation Cables with diverse technological applications. Cables are supplied according to individual customer specifications with alternative insulation and sheathing compounds, individual core screening and mechanical protection and enhanced fire performance characteristics.

Aerial Bunched Cable
Indo Alusys Industries Ltd designs, manufactures and market aerial bunched cables which are considered to be the choice for power distribution in congested urban areas with narrow lanes and by-lanes and provides flexibility for re-routing. These cables are manufactured and tested conforming to IS: 14255, IS: 6474 or REC and other international specifications.

4/6 Quad Jelly Filled Cables & Railway Signaling Cables
Made of annealed bare copper conductor of 0.9 / 1.40 mm diameter, manufactured and tested in accordance with Indian Railways Specifications – IRS:TC-30/07 and SPN-TC-72/07. These cables are generally used as Axle Counter Cables in Railways. Significant advantage of these cables is that they have low capacitance Un balance and Reduction factors which helps to reduce the Decibel Loss.

Design:
Manufactured with high conductivity copper wires and insulated with high density polyethylene compound and colour coded. Laid up quads are filled with synthetic/ petroleum jelly compound and provided with a polyester tape wrapping and moisture barrier tape. An inner sheath of polyethylene compound is provided to prevent ingress of water. Over the inner sheath, a metal screening of aluminium wires/strips with barium chromatic tape and thereafter, an extruded intermediate sheath of PVC/LDPE is provided as per the requirement of specification. Helical armouring with 2 no’s of galvanized steel tape with suitable overlaps for protection and mechanical strength of the cable is provided over the intermediate sheath. Cable is then outer sheathed with LDPE compound.
